Pakistani digital lending platform AdalFi plans to raise up to Rs652 million through an initial public offering on the Pakistan Stock Exchange next month, using the proceeds to expand its Islamic financing and small-business lending services, according to reports published on October 30, 2026.

What happened?
AdalFi, a subsidiary of technology company Techlogix, will issue new shares on the PSX. The company says the listing would make it the first fintech company listed on the exchange. The planned offering follows a $7.5 million funding round in February 2023.

Key details

  • AdalFi aims to raise up to Rs652 million (about $2.35 million) by issuing new shares on the PSX next month.
  • The proceeds will fund expansion of its Islamic financing and small-business lending services.
  • The platform works with banks under a business-to-business-to-consumer model, using data and artificial intelligence to assess borrowers from their bank transaction data and automate loan approvals.
  • The company says more than Rs110 billion has been lent through its platform across nine partner banks, including six of Pakistan’s ten largest banks.
  • AdalFi reports a default rate of about 0.2 percent on loans more than 90 days past due.
  • Its February 2023 round was led by UAE-based COTU Ventures and Chimaera Ventures, alongside Fatima Gobi Ventures and Zayn Capital.
  • The company points to limited access to formal credit in Pakistan, saying only around 30 percent of adults have access to formal banking services.
  • The offer price, valuation, and subscription timetable have not yet been disclosed.

What it means for people in Pakistan
For small businesses and individuals who struggle to get a bank loan through conventional checks, a listed, bank-partnered digital lender could mean faster, data-based credit decisions. A PSX listing would also put the company under public-market reporting and governance requirements, giving customers and investors more visibility into how it operates.
